Bio
Krista Case is Principal Analyst and Practice Lead for Cyber Resilience and Security at theCUBE Research. In addition to serving as a CUBE host, she spearheads research and advisory across key areas shaping cybersecurity, business continuity and regulatory compliance. This coverage includes how organizations are protecting and governing sensitive data, modernizing identity and access controls in the era of AI agents, and evolving security operations centers from reactive alerting environments into platforms for decision support, prioritization and accelerated response.
Krista brings more than 15 years of experience delivering research, strategic advisory and thought leadership across cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. Her vantage point spans technology and vendor portfolio innovation; customer buying behavior and adoption trends; and vendor ecosystems, go-to-market strategy and business models. Her work has appeared in major publications, including eWeek, TechTarget and The Register. Most recently, Krista led product marketing for OpenText Data Security. Prior to that, she led research practices for The Futurum Group, Evaluator Group and Technology Business Research, as well as market intelligence for TechTarget. Krista is pursuing her MBA from the University of New Hampshire, where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
